Frequently Asked Questions Ecoflow/Bioflow products Q I have recently brought one of your products, and was wondering how many times can the Ecoflow customer loyalty card be used, is it only for one purchase at discount or many? Also how is it used? You type in the card number in your website when ordering.
A The loyalty card can be used once for each product and is used as an upgrade from the existing bracelet when it wears out or a more expensive range is sought.
You would send the existing one back with receipt and loyalty card and with a cheque for the 50% off RRP and shipping of £2.95 for the UK and £7.00 for overseas.
Q I bought a bioflow it was Explorer long strap & the strap has snapped, Please tell me what action to take. A As the bracelet was purchased within a year and has broken it can be sent back for a replacement. Please return with proof of purchase. Q Are you able to supply or fit new straps to old wristbands? A Bioflow bracelets cannot have parts replaced the item would need to be purchased again, if you are upgrading you can get a new one by exchanging for 50% of RRP. Or if parts have broken within a year then a replacement can be sent out if you return the broken one. Q I recently purchased the Vitaflow water conditioner from you and have used A The magnetism wears off after about an hour and the water goes back to its original condition so the bottle has to be on the Vitaflow most of the time to be beneficial. There are two solutions to this problem, you can either buy a spare Vitaflow and keep it at work or if not too inconvenient you could take your original Vitaflow to work and use it there but you run the risk of leaving it at work and not being able to use it at home. Q I have bought a bracelet and have used it as directed for a total of three weeks. Unfortunately I didn't feel any pain relief at all and would like to request a refund as you stated a 90 day money back guarantee.
A The Bioflow bracelets have a 90 day money back guarantee minus 15% handling charge. As you have only used it for 3 weeks I would recommend you keep it for the full 3 months before returning it, as it can take much longer to work for some people, in fact it took 3 months for my husband for back pain and it has been effective for 2 years for the pain since then. I would strongly recommend you keep it for the full trial period. If it still hasn't worked for you it can be returned for a refund then.

Q. I know that you should not wear a Bioflow if you have a pacemaker fitted, but can you wear one if you have had a heart by-pass and have got metal inside your body? Someone who has had a quadruple heart by-pass has asked me this today. A. It is perfectly OK for someone with metal parts in their body – even in their heart or arteries – to wear a Bioflow. It is only ELECTRONIC devices fitted in the body that could be affected by a powerful magnetic field… like a heart pacemaker, for instance.
Q. Do you supply and fit replacement straps for the Bioflow range of magnetic wristbands? I have an Ultra and an Explorer and my husband has a Nations. At present they are fine but, as we wear them 24/7, they are going to break at some point.

A. Unfortunately we do not replace straps. Bioflow bracelets can be replaced using the Customer Loyalty Scheme where you will get 50% off the price you originally paid against a new one at RRP not any sale price.
If you would prefer to get the strap replaced then a jewellers may be able to do that for you.
