Properties of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The acidity is correct and absolutely one of the finest skin care oil products ever produced. It is high in anti-oxidants, essential fatty acids, minerals, vitamins, natural enzymes and ferments. Cell membranes contain fatty acids that are highly susceptible to 'free radical' damage. Real olive oil contains polyphenols, vitamin E and other natural anti oxidants that help to prevent this damage.
