Is neither battery giving no smoke, please try both. If so then the atomiser may be faulty and you can send it back for a replacement, if it is only one battery this is happening with, then one battery may be faulty and can be returned instead.
Please ensure you charge for a full 12 hours before fully testing and ensure charger is pressed quite hard into the charging cable when charging with a lit coming on when charging.
Also when beginning take a few puffs to get the smoke going.
Also ensure cartridge open side is facing down and rubber has been removed.
As this is the first generation of this product there are sometimes problems with parts or problems on getting started which once overcome the smoking experience will be pleasant.
If the charger is working by lighting up then the only problems it could be are a faulty atomiser or battery which can be exchanged.My cartridge seems to be strong enough to start with then it doesn't after a few hours. Why?
Try a stronger cartridge it may not be strong enough. Also you may be pulling too many times so its automatic cut off may be activated and no nicotine or smoke will be released at this point for a minute.
Is there a technique to e smoke or is it the same way as real smoking?
Yes I believe there is a technique:
- to ensure best results i have found hold the e ciggy horizontal not sloping down to get the most amount of smoke from it.
- Take a few puffs together and leave it, not like a normal cigarette where you take one puff then a gap, this i have found more satisfying than the conventional way we smoke, it is also good to alter the way you smoke to avoid comparison as it is a new way of smoking so needs to be mastered in the best way, which may or may not be the way we smoke a lit one.
- Remember it never goes out and burns away this is a strange concept at first so no need to smoke in a few minutes and put it out, you have all day to smoke so smoke it when the urge for a cigarette comes on at anytime of day.
My charger does not fit into the adaptor, it keeps falling out or needs to be balanced to work?
The charger needs to be pushed firmly into the adaptor, if it is loose then it is not in properly.
I cant get the cartridge into the electronic cigarette, please help?
