Organic Whole Wheat - High in protein, folic acid, selenium, Vitamin E, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and Phosphorus. It also contains good amounts of Vitamins A, B Complex and small amounts of Vitamin C

Rolled Oats - An excellent source of soluble fibre. High in protein and a good source of thiamine. Also helps stabilise blood sugar and has estrogenic and anti-oxidant activity.

Peal Barley - Reduces cholesterol, has anti-viral and anti-cancer activity & contains potent anti-oxidants including tocotrienols. Barley is a good source of Vitamin B9 (Folic acid), potassium, phosphorous & magnesium. Contains iron and calcium plus high in fibre.
