This is achieved in two ways: Gravity & Vibration
The up-and-down movement of the Reviber means that while you are on the machine, you are literally heavier because of the up-and-down acceleration G-Forces. This is great for the body because it is forced to respond to the added load by becoming stronger. In addition, the body is exercised by the thousands of small vibrations stretching the muscles, which the body counters with a corresponding contraction. This stretch reflex works the muscles so thoroughly that the body becomes stronger very quickly. The Reviber action awakens every cell in the body leaving you tingling all over.

A study on men found that "...the biological mechanism produced by vibration is similar to the effect produced by explosive power training (jumping and bouncing)." This Reflex Zone is specifically moulded to stimulate the reflexology points that help to improve blood flow to the intestines, which aids digestion in the stomach and pancreas. Take your shoes off and then just place your feet together over the arch and keep them there for 1 - 2 minutes.

For improving the health and fitness of the elderly or inactive, through to the conditioning of athletes, we feel sure that you will be delighted with the wonderful feeling of the Reviber. For optimum benefit and peak performance we recommend the Reviber be used for a maximum of 30 minutes per day, and no more than 2 x 10 minute sessions for the elderly or infirm. A typical usage is 10 minutes per day.
