Suggested Use

Shake well. Add to eight ounces of purified water or juice and take orally during or after meals. Gradually increase the product usage over a two to three week period until you are using a maintenance amount of 1/4 teaspoon three times daily. During periods of stress, gradually increase to 3/4 tsp. three times daily with food.
