Terms and Conditions

 

The Terms & Conditions below apply to all customers placing orders with Amazing Health Ltd:

1. Deliveries & Delivery Charges

UK Shipping

  • Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Service, APC Overnight  courier. The type of service we use depends on the value of the goods & weight of goods being delivered. 

  • Delivery time is generally: 90% of items ordered are sent out next day but some may take 2-3 days to leave us. We use Royal Mail standard and Special Delivery for more costly or delicate items. Heavier items will arrive by next day service courier. Shipping for the UK is £3.95 for most items, however for heavy weight items it may be more.

  • UK Express delivery is guaranteed next working day despatch by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Courier Service which will leave the following day. Small items are sent by Special and heavier items by Courier. This service is for Mon-Friday only, not available for weekends. If you require a Saturday delivery please phone for a quote.

  • If you order Express Service we cannot be held responsible for any parcel delays by Royal Mail or Couriers but will do our utmost to chase it up for you. Guaranteed is quoted by them but we cannot guarantee these services ourselves. If you paid for this service and did not receive your delivery as quoted we will reimburse the 'extra shipping' paid.

  • All Express delivery services will require a signature on delivery. We cannot be responsible for parcels being under delivered if not signature was obtainable.

  • An email confirmation is sent on despatch and in some cases a text message is sent. Most orders will arrive the next day, however please allow up to 5 working days before reporting its non arrival.

  • Please provide a delivery address where there is someone available to sign for it, like a neighbour, relative or work address.

  • The minimum chargeable shipping is £2.95 and the shipping is calculated by weight of the order or service used.

  • Most orders are sent out within 1-2 working days of placing the order to the UK but most orders are sent out next day but do allow at least one week (7 days) for delivery and for overseas make take up to 14 -18 days.

  • At busy periods such as Christmas, orders may take a little longer, but we will ensure to get all orders out for pre-Christmas delivery. If you prefer a early delivery please select Special or courier.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail Delivery Service or couriers but will provide you with details to track your parcel if they are available.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit we allow at least 15 working days before re-sending any item in UK and 60 days for overseas so we would suggest the following:
    If you urgently need the item you can re-order it.
  • We will re-send an item lost by Royal Mail after we receive confirmation from you in writing that it was not received, this will be after the 15 working day period has passed in the UK and 60 days for overseas.

  • We will send you a form to complete and sign for non-arrival of goods before the order can be resent or refunded. This will be after 15 working days of non-arrival.

  • You may be approached by Royal Mail regarding any item not received and will be obliged to explain the circumstances, if you do not respond and our claim is hindered and declined we will charge your card for the missing order, assuming you have received it.

  • Refunds for items lost in the post will be dealt with after 2 weeks and 1 month during the Xmas period in case they do eventually arrive.

  • Courier Points to Note All deliveries by courier require a signature upon delivery. If in the event that no one is home a card will be left. The courier will try again the next day unless you call them to rearrange another day or arrange a collection. After 5 days the parcel will be returned to us. In such an instance we may charge you for the return back to us which will be the shipping cost paid and a redelivery would need to be arranged and paid for. If this this instance if you would prefer to cancel there will be a cancellation charge of 4% and the shipping will be non-refundable. If you have placed an order and received a despatch email and not received a card or the item within the next 5 working days please call/email us as it may have been lost or thrown away with junk mail entering the house. Most orders above 1kg will be sent by Courier.

  • Our courier will try to deliver to your delivery address, but may also try to leave with a neighbour if you are out unless you request to leave safe. If you request to leave the item without signature we are not liable for any losses.

  • Please check all deliveries on receiving them for breakages. All breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours.

  • If a parcel is visibly damaged please check its contents before signing for it.

  • All shipping costs will appear to your chosen country however we have the right to refuse an order placed to any country.

  • Any order placed outside of mainland UK for heavier items will have extra shipping costs if you prefer to cancel then there will be a 4% cancellation charge (our card processing fee). Alternatively you can pay the difference to your country. Some British Isles may require extra shipping and some parts of Scotland if the courier cost is extra to us. We will contact you if this is the case for the extra shipping.

  • If more than one item is ordered at one time and we have one item in stock, we may send it out to you and when the next item comes available that will follow free of charge, leaving you better off.

  • We may not deliver to a different delivery address to that of cardholder, this would be done at our discretion.

  • We will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in delivery address supplied, if an incorrect delivery address is submitted and the parcel is under delivered we are not held responsible for its loss.

  • We cannot be held responsible for under delivered parcels which are not collected on time from your sorting office.

  • Any parcel returned to us by courier service will incur a £5.00 minimum charge if under delivered when out or away.

Overseas Shipping

  • Western Europe : Republic of Ireland,  France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Czech Republic and Italy:  The shipping to these countries is now via Parcel Force 2-3 day fast delivery, we are now able to deliver to such countries up to 30 kg in weight if the parcel is 1m maximum size. This excludes L & XL Dog beds and walking sticks which are not foldable.

  • Eastern Europe band has the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Turkey, Latvia and Romania. This excludes L & XL Dog beds and walking sticks which are not foldable.

  • Rest of the World band: Japan, UAE, India, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Norway, Malta, Maldives, Russia, Norway, Cyprus, Switzerland, Virgin Islands, Greenland, Dominica, Greenland and Croatia. This excludes L & XL Dog beds and walking sticks which are not foldable.

  • UK offshore : These include Northern Ireland, Channel Isles and Scottish Isles, IOW and IOM. We are unable to deliver upright walking sticks to these destinations, we can only deliver foldable ones not exceeding 90cm in height in total.

  • All other countries may not be delivered to due to unreliable postal services, without extra charge. DO NOT PLACE ORDER TO OTHER COUNTRIES WITHOUT EMAILING FIRST.

  • Overseas shipping is calculated by weight of the order but some items may require extra shipping, in which case we will contact you. This would be added after the purchase has been made, but contact is made to pay the extra before shipping.

  • Multiple items may require higher shipping overseas we will contact you if extra is required.

  • Any order placed with mistaken currency will be refunded on request however a 4% charge is payable for cancellation.

  • Any order placed for items which state UK mainland delivery only will be subject to extra charges if requiring delivery overseas. If you prefer to cancel the transaction will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total value of the order.

  • Shipping charge for overseas for additional Himalayan salt products or anything above 1kg may be £7.00-£10.00 per additional item.

  • Some countries we deliver to may require a customs fee, if this is the case we may contact you for the extra payment before despatch. This applies to Switzerland so it is not in the Western Europe band but will require rest of the world shipping.

  • We are not responsible for user Laws in any country outside the UK, please check if the item is usable and allowed before purchasing.

  • We will not be responsible for items which do not work in countries outside the UK, please check before purchasing.

  • Most overseas destinations will not accept any food products, salt therapy products and cherry stone pillows or wheat bags. Please check your countries Laws before ordering any product.

  • Refunds are given if the goods are unsuitable, unobtainable, faulty or damaged subject to the terms below.

  • An exchange will be offered &  if a replacement is not available or wanted a refund back to the card which was used to purchase the item(s). If  for any reason you have received such an  item and you feel you need to return it to us, then send to the return address on the back of your parcel or on invoice. Please note this must be within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number to inform us of your return, no return will be accepted without an email notification.

  • If we have no correspondence for the return within 7 days of receiving it, we will issue a credit voucher instead of a refund.

  • If the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival then we will refund the full transaction but if the items are no longer required or unsuitable then we will refund the transaction minus the shipping charge

  • If the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, then we will credit you for return shipping. The shipping cost refunded will be that which it would cost us to send it to you. This should be the cheapest method of posting for items up to £30 normal post with certificate of posting or recorded or special delivery for items between £30-£250.

  • If we find on arrival of returned goods the item is not damaged or unsuitable we will not pay your shipping or return shipping paid on purchase when we do a refund.

  • If an item becomes faulty after 7 days of use it is usually dealt by the manufacturer who we can put you in touch with.

  • If you are returning a heavy item, please check with us first, as a photo may be adequate for a refund or exchange instead of paying high shipping costs to return it.

  • We will reimburse up to £5.00 unless we have discussed any more before returning your faulty item to us.

  • If the goods you receive are unsuitable or no longer required, you must pay shipping the goods back to us.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for an exchange, however most orders are exchanged within a couple of days.

  • All exchanges will require further p&p unless the order was faulty within the first 7 days. The further p+p charge will be the same as the first p+p charged. A cheque or PO will be suitable to send with the exchange payable to 'Amazing Health Ltd'.

  • A handling charge of £3.95 will be charged for all Free shipping refunds

  • Proof of purchase is required to receive money back.

  • If a product cannot be resold then a full refund would not be given.

  • An order can be cancelled on the same day is it placed up to midnight, unless the goods have already been sent out in which case a despatch notice will have been received.

  • It is the customers responsibility for the safe return of any item being sent back to us. Please send back any item with proof of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any item lost on its way back to us.

  • Items sent back to us must include all original packaging, leaflets, booklets, instructions or inserts that were inside when you received it and in the condition it was received.

  • All consumable products are non refundable or exchangeable.

  • Any decision of action can only be taken on inspection of the product.

  • Replacement items can only be sent out on the return of the original item, unless a satisfactory photo displays the fault.

  • We will not exchange or refund goods that are wilfully / accidentally damaged, repaired or modified.

  • Any faulty item will be dealt with by having it tested by the manufacturer, the item will be sent off for analysis if damage is not evident to us or it is covered by the manufacturers warranty and it is a warranty issue.

  • All returns are down to our discretion.

  • We do not give refunds on deposits taken to secure any item on this site.

  • There is no refund on goods on special order.

  • We do not compensate shipping of any item returned even when faulty after the 7 day period.

  • Any item not required and returned after the 7 day period will receive a credit voucher instead of refund.

  • The 7 day period quoted is extended for overseas orders to 28 days, due to shipping delays.

 

  • All consumable products are non refundable or exchangeable.

  • Any decision of action can only be taken on inspection of the product.

 

5. Stock Availability

  • Any item advertised on our web site should always be in stock, in the unlikely event  that we are out of stock of any item ordered, we shall contact you within 2 working days of the date the goods were ordered, to notify you of a likely delivery date or any other options. We may contact you by Email, Telephone or a Text message.

  • You may wait for stock to be replenished.

  • Take an alternative product and settle any price difference.

  • Get a Credit Voucher

  • Get a refund.

6. Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment :

  • Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta & Solo securely on line. The amount payable is debited by the merchant bank World Pay on the date and time the order is placed, not  when the goods are despatched. 

  • We accept  personal UK cheques & postal orders payable to 'Amazing Health Ltd'.

  • Paypal 

7. Pricing

  • Unless otherwise stated, all our prices include VAT. VAT is charged at 20%.

  • Prices can change instantly and with no advanced warning.

 

9. Web Site Accuracy

  • We should be accurate in the information we provide you, but we cannot be held responsible for any displayed information that has since changed after our date of publish.

  • Our information is taken from mainly our suppliers and any inaccurate descriptions we would not be held liable for.

  • Any typing error making any description inaccurate we will not be held responsible for.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

    How long do we keep your information for?

    To make sure we meet our legal data protection and privacy obligations, we only hold on to your information for as long as we actually need it for the purposes we acquired it for in the first place. 

    In most cases, this means we will keep your information for as long as you continue to shop with us or use our services, and for a period of time afterwards if you stop doing so just in case you begin shopping with us again. 

    After that we will either delete it so that it cannot be linked back to you. 

    By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

    Your rights in connection with personal information

    We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will provide you with a new Privacy Policy when we make any substantial updates. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the processing of your personal information.  

11. Fraud Prevention

  • We takes credit card fraud seriously and will prosecute to the highest degree if such action is made on this site.

  • We hold the right to decline any order we suspect to be fraudulent.

  • All products are sold on Amazinghealth.co.uk for experimental purposes only. They should not replace or substitute prescribed medical treatment.

  • Any statements for any product mentioned on our site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information and statements made are for educational purposes and are not intended to replace the advice of your health care professional.   • Any defects would be dealt with by the manufacturers and we are not to be held responsible for any item causing any damage or illness or accident which are not our own produced products. Any product bought from us which is supposedly defective will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis. 

  • Our products are sold mainly through word of mouth and we will not be liable for any product not meeting to the requirement of the user.

  • Our products are not scientifically tested they are sold on the basis that they have worked for others.

  • Any side effects experienced from a product on our site will be the responsibility of the user. We will try to give accurate descriptions as best possible where required but further information can be obtained from emailing us.
